Open capcut or sign in - click on create new- click on the ratio which is 16:9 - click on the element. In the search box search for news intro - click all and choose your desired news intro and it will appear on the timeline- add audio that is less than 20 seconds. Go back to element - search news background - click all and choose. Go back to element - search for AI characters - click all and choose. On the narrating box- paste the article from chatgpt from step 2 - choose AI character - choose speech from the options - click all and click on generate. only copy a thousands words everytime from chatgpt until your article is complete.
