JUMBED OVER FENCE TO ESCAPE FROM ANGERED HUSBAND.
MY KNEES HURT WHEN ESCAPING MY FURIOUS HUSBAND:
Once upon a time in a small village, were found handsome healthy and huge looking men that gave girls sleepless nights.
There was a saying that said, "don't judge the book by it's cover."
Girls who got married in this village earlier on found it tough but kept within themselves to hide the shame of this handsome men. But there's nothing goes hidden for long. This girls who have now become old women kept growing tiny and tiny that left questions in people's minds. It's until when people realised that these handsome men mistreated their wives both physically and emotionally and even spiritually.
From a far distance, i also got married to this family as innocent as a sheep carried to be slaughtered. In my early marriage, things looked nice and awesome. It wasn't easy to discover the inside secret of this village, since my husband and i left for town immediately we got married. Things changed as i gave birth to our first born and second born children when i realised some authoritative power from my husband. We could not communicate but instead he could speak to silence me.
We continued with lots of disagreement, disrespect until we could fight after much quarrels.
Now, let me narrate you some hours tragedy how i escaped his anger. I came from work late around 7pm and he was hurt because he knew supper could delay. Instead of him speaking his mind, he jumped over me with his belt to beat me furiously. I immediately opened the door to escape to the gate where he got me up and started beating me. The gate was shut but in that mingling with him, it opened, and while he closed the gate with the padlock that's the time i ran behind the backyard, climbed over the fence and jumbed out side to rescue myself unfortunately my knees hurt while dropping on the other side.
I went to my neighbour who gave me a place to put my head till this morning I'm safe and thankful to God for securing me out of danger
That's how I escaped from my husband's anger and my advice as i conclude is to advise young girls who are yet to marry, to first know who is the right person for them and where are you getting married to. Learn the background of the family so you don't come to fight.
I have prayed to my living God many times with tears flowing down my face if he can change my husband's character, but the fay of the lord is yet to come.
